President Tô Lâm paid state visits to Laos and Cambodia from July 11-13, marking his first overseas trips in his new role as President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The visits were made at the invitations of General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith, and Cambodian King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni.
