The first Executive Protocol (EP) in Science and Technology between Italy and Singapore is finally operational, implementing the Bilateral Agreement on Cooperation in Science and Technology that was signed in Rome on 23 May 2016 and ratified by the Italian Parliament on 26 June 2020.

The Italian and Singaporean delegations have listed 10 bilateral projects to be carried on during the three-year period 2023-2025 in seven areas: food-tech, artificial intelligence, medicine and health, photonics, quantum technology, robotics and hydrogen.

The EP will surely have a big impact in the collaboration and cooperation between the countries.
